This 28 page comprehensive list is made for veterinary practice owners and veterinary managers to answer business questions about their specific practice.  We call it our “Hit By Bus” List.  It is a transfer of knowledge from one person to another in the case that the person who has always been in charge and knows all of the information, is incapacitated (hit by a bus), takes an extended leave of absence, or leaves the practice.
